07-23-2010: Louisiana Governor, Bobby Jindal, has declared a State Of Emergency for Louisiana in expectation of the arrival of Tropical Storm Bonnie sometime over this weekend. Please get all work to us as soon as possible to avoid any delays in the event the storm worsens or state offices close early. We will post any updates of concern as we learn of any. 04-07-2010: The Lafayette Parish courts will be closed April 8th through April 9th due to building renovations. There will be no power to the building and all computers will be shutdown until Monday, April 12th.
03-29-2010: The regular session of the Louisiana Legislature starts today and ends Monday, June 21st. As usual, we will be watching for any legislation that may affect your business and ours.

11-10-2009: Due to a state of emergency declared Saturday by Governor Bobby Jindal and precautions being taken by some southeastern Louisiana government offices, there may be closures in those areas today. Also parts of Mississippi may likewise close some government offices as a precautionary measure. Please expect minor delays until Tropical Storm Ida has cleared the area and government services are restored.

There has been an increase of more than 15% in the number of consumers calling to report instances of suspected identity theft and/or wanting direct, local access to their personal credit reports.
